The 25th China International Investment and Trade Fair will be held grandly in Xiamen from September 8 to 11. As one of the world’s most influential international investment events sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Fair has been playing an important role as a bridge connecting Chinese and foreign investment and trade for many years, injecting strong impetus into global economic cooperation and development.​

In recent years, each session of the conference has attracted relevant institutional representatives from about 100 countries and regions around the world, as well as government representatives, enterprises and professional merchants from many provinces and cities in China to participate actively. All parties gather wisdom and share opportunities here, promoting the implementation of numerous investment cooperation projects and contributing positively to the prosperity of international trade.​

The current Fair is full of highlights. The United Kingdom will be the guest country of honor. Centering on the three sectors of “Investing in China”, “Chinese Investment” and “International Investment”, it will carefully set up professional exhibition areas with different themes and hold many investment cooperation themed activities such as policy releases, special seminars and project matchmaking.​

In the “Investing in China” sector, the proposed provincial and municipal promotion zones will not only showcase the excellent business environment, rich industrial resources and huge development potential of each province and city, but also integrate high-quality product procurement services. Various provinces and cities will bring high-quality products from their local characteristic industries. Through professional product procurement services, they will provide convenient channels for Chinese product procurement for domestic and foreign purchasers attending the conference, enabling them to more intuitively understand the product advantages of various regions in China and promote precise cooperation.​

The “Chinese Investment” sector plans to hold special promotion activities for participating countries. While helping Chinese enterprises “go global”, expand overseas markets and participate in international competition, it will also actively promote Chinese products to the world. This sector will showcase the high quality and diversity of Chinese products to participating countries through special promotions, and provide supporting and improved product procurement services to help Chinese enterprises build an efficient communication bridge with overseas purchasers, further expanding the share of Chinese product procurement in the international market and allowing more high-quality Chinese products to enter the global market through this platform.​

In the “International Investment” sector, relevant United Nations organizations will hold a series of special activities and set up a global cooperation zone. In this sector, product procurement services are also an important part. The global cooperation zone will attract enterprises from many countries and regions, and Chinese product procurement will become a major focus. With the influence and platform advantages of relevant United Nations organizations, combined with professional product procurement services, it will promote in-depth docking between Chinese products and the global market, enable Chinese products to better integrate into the global supply chain, and at the same time provide global purchasers with more diversified choices for Chinese product procurement.​

Through the coordinated efforts of the three sectors, this Fair will deeply integrate product procurement services and Chinese product procurement into various activities and exhibition areas, creating a comprehensive platform integrating investment cooperation and product procurement for global merchants, and contributing to the recovery and prosperity of the global economy.​
